Notice convening Annual General Meeting of Concedo AS, March 23rd, 2021

Please find attached Notice for the Annual General Meeting in Concedo AS (Norwegian and English) and the Annual Report 2020.
The AGM will be held on Tuesday, March 23rd 2021, at 15:00 hours by Teams video conference.
To be sure that there are no problems with the implementation of the general meeting it is an opportunity to submit a proxy and to pre-vote. There will be no opportunity to vote when participating in Teams.
Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting by Teams are requested to report this using the form included in the Notice not later than Friday, March 19th 2021, at 16:00 hours to Concedo AS, e-mail: post@concedo.no ,then call instructions will be given before the meeting.
