Concedo completes acquisition of Fenja and Vidsyn

We are pleased to announce the completion of our acquisition of a 25% interest in licenses PL 586 and PL 586 B. The transaction has received all necessary approvals from Norwegian authorities.

Concedo is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 25% interest in the Fenja and Vidsyn assets (PL 586 and PL 586 B) from Vår Energi. This transaction marks a major milestone for the company, increasing Concedo’s pro forma daily production in Q2 2026 from 1 200 to 3 200 boepd.
