Notice convening Annual General Meeting of Concedo AS, June 14th, 2023

Notice is hereby served that Annual General Meeting of Concedo AS, org. no. 988 217 867 (the
“Company”) will be held on Wednesday 14 June 2023 at 14:00 hours (CET). The General Meeting
will be held via Teams.

To be sure that there are no problems with the implementation of the general meeting, pre-voting by
use of the proxy form is strongly encouraged. There might be no opportunity to vote when
participating in the Teams-meeting.

Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting via Teams are requested to report this using the
enclosed attendance form and proxy form no later than Monday 12 June 2023 at 16:00 hrs. to: Concedo AS, e-mail: post@concedo.no

Concedo received the operator pre-qualification letter from the Ministry of Energy on Thursday 16th October 2025. Final approval of Concedo as operator will be when Concedo obtains a production license as operator.
